HOW TO ORDER

1. Select: "Cover only" or "With insert"

2. Please select: "I - from 1 person" OR "We - from multiple" for the poem wording

3. Please state the name you wish to appear on your cushion cover. Please note the length of the name will impact font sizing for it to fit the design (eg. "Nan" will be presented in a larger font that "Grandma" to fit the line)

(The name in the poem will alter to the name stated by you upon ordering, other wording in the poem is set as standard)

THE PROCESS

Your order will begin to be processed as soon as the order is made. If any mistakes are made by the customer (eg. you realize you have sent duplicate mages on accident), I ask that the customer please messages me ASAP to amend the order. If I do not hear from you after the order has been placed, I will assume information is correct and will be printed as appear in your order. Once your magnets are marked as dispatched, no refunds will be given. To correct your mistakes after dispatch, a further purchase will be required. If any errors are made at the fault of the creator, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible - please message me to resole this should this occur.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please note all products in my store are subject to different dispatch times due to differing product complexities and time to produce. Please REFER to MAIN LISTING for estimated dispatch time.

***Dispatch time during busier periods (eg. November and December) may be extended so please refer to your order details for your individual estimated dispatch date as this may change in accordance to the current demand.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class unless upgraded delivery is purchased and applies (please note this is not available on all products in my shop) . Once dispatched, delivery should take 3-5 working days. Delays within the postal service are possible and we take no responsibility for these delays in you receiving your order. Proof of postage is always available upon request.

NO returns or refunds will be given under any circumstances for personalised items which have been created and/or dispatched to the customer.
