THE PROCESS

Please keep an eye out for messages! I will message you a proof via Etsy to make sure you are happy before your order is printed and await your reply of confirmation. If you are unsure about anything at all I am here to help. PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given for products received where the proof has been confirmed as correct by yourself, so please please please do check carefully - mistakes CAN be made from time to time which is the reasoning for the proof.

**PLEASE READ**A confirmation of proof by the buyer is required within 3 days of my sending to you. I will send a reminder message as a follow up to the initial message of preview. If no confirmation is received within 3 days, I will dispatch your print as displayed in the proof and there will be NO entitlement to a refund or replacement.

Please note ONE set of 3 alterations is included in the initial purchase. Thereafter, a fee of £1.99 per change will be charged via invoice due to the time involved. Payment must be made before any changes are applied.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please check dispatch times before ordering. Dispatch dates differ throughout our shop and are unique to each product. Dispatch times may differ at certain times of the year so please ensure you check these in the main listing under "DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICIES" before ordering. Bespoke orders may take a little longer (individual circumstance, dependent on order). Digital files will be sent via the email provided on Etsy unless stated otherwise. Production time for digital and physical files remain the same and only transit time will be saved.
