HOW TO ORDER:

Please enter the following information in the PERSONALISATION BOX in the following format. Please select the following for each person (See photos in the listing as reference). Include age for children and height for adults please.

Example:

Please use options in listing photos to choose hair/body for each person

** Eg. Dad, Skin1, Body1, Hair M6 , 5ft 6, age32

Age & height of everyone. For animals eg. to mums knee. Layout in order LEFT to RIGHT please.

Wording can be changed too so any additional quotes or wording please state these too in the message.

*UPDATE TO TERMS*: Please ensure your details are checked and correct as any changes after the proof is sent will be charged at £1.99 per change**

THE PROCESS

Please keep an eye out for messages! I will message you a proof via Etsy to make sure you are happy before your order is printed and await your reply of confirmation. If you are unsure about anything at all I am here to help. PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given for products received where the proof has been confirmed as correct by yourself, so please please please do check carefully.

**PLEASE READ** A confirmation of proof by the buyer is required within 24hours of my sending to you. I will send ONE reminder message as a follow up to the initial message of preview. If no confirmation is received within 3 days, I will dispatch your print as displayed in the proof and there will be NO entitlement to a refund or replacement.

Please note if you require changes to your original order AFTER the proof has been sent, a fee of £1.99 per change will be charged due to the time involved. Payment must be made before any changes are applied. Any errors made by myself will be corrected free of charge. Please allow up to 7 working days for these changes to be made.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please check dispatch times before ordering. Dispatch dates differ throughout our shop and are unique to each product. Dispatch times may differ at certain times of the year so please ensure you check these in the main listing under "DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICIES" before ordering. Bespoke orders may take a little longer (individual circumstance, dependent on order). Digital files will be sent via the email provided on Etsy unless stated otherwise. Production time for digital and physical files remain the same and only transit time will be saved.

Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class as standard, or 1st class if you have upgraded when ordering. Once dispatched, delivery should take 3-5 working days (2nd class) or 1-2 working days (1st class). Delays within the postal service are possible and we take no responsibility for these delays in you receiving your order. Proof of postage is always available upon request. 

NO returns or refunds will be given under any circumstances for personalised items once the proof has been sent to the customer
