THE PROCESS

Your items will be created according to the information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. If any mistakes are made by the customer when inputting their information, I ask that the customer please messages me ASAP to amend the order. Once your item/s are marked as dispatched, no refunds will be given and no amendments can be made. To correct your mistakes after dispatch, a further purchase will be required. If any errors are made at the fault of the creator, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible - please message me to resolve this should this occur.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please note all products in my store are subject to different dispatch times due to differing product complexities and time to produce. Please REFER to MAIN LISTING for estimated dispatch time.

***Dispatch time during busier periods (eg. November and December) may be extended so please refer to your order details for your individual estimated dispatch date as this may change in accordance to the current demand.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class unless upgraded delivery is purchased and applies (please note this is not available on all products in my shop) . Once dispatched, delivery should take 3-5 working days. Delays within the postal service are possible and we take no responsibility for these delays in you receiving your order. Proof of postage is always available upon request.
